Platform: The website or platform where the Merchant offers products or services and where Transactions may occur.
Transaction: The order placed by the User to purchase products or services listed on the Platform.
Transaction Amount: The amount paid by the User for a Transaction.
User: Any person using the products or services offered on the Platform.
Website: Refers to www.instamojo.com or its mobile application.

Merchant’s Rights

We may collect, store, and share information provided by you in order to deliver products or services purchased through the Platform and communicate with you regarding your transactions.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary to complete Transactions, including personal details such as name, email, phone number, delivery address, age, gender, and payment information.

Prohibited Actions

Collecting user data without authorization.
Sending unsolicited emails or creating fake accounts.
Attempting to bypass or interfere with platform security.
Misleading or defrauding the platform or other users.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools.
Uploading malicious software, viruses, or spam content.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing users or staff.
Reverse engineering or copying platform code or software.
Using the platform in violation of applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

In case of defective products or service issues, the user’s primary remedy is to initiate a refund process according to the refund policy. We disclaim liability for losses arising from misuse or breaches of these Terms.

Guidelines for Reviews

You must have firsthand experience with the product/service.
Reviews must not contain abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language.
Reviews must not include references to illegal activities.
Reviews must not contain false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion.

Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Disclaimer

By initiating a transaction, you agree to a legally binding contract to purchase products or services through legitimate payment methods. We are not responsible for unauthorized payment instrument usage, transaction failures, or third-party website content.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and using adequate virus protection while accessing the Platform.
