About Me
Take the first step toward clarity, focus, and emotional balance.
My Story
Understanding ADHD through lived experience and compassion
My path to ADHD coaching is deeply personal. As someone with ADHD myself, I spent years trying to understand why things that seemed easy for others felt overwhelming for me. The turning point came when I realized that the problem wasn't a lack of effort, it was a lack of awareness and the right kind of support.

My Journey
From Confusion to Clarity
The Struggle
Years of trying to fit into systems not designed for my brain. Confusion, shame, and the belief that something was fundamentally wrong with me.
The Awakening
Discovering that the problem wasn't me, it was a lack of awareness and proper support. Realizing that shame-based approaches don't work.

Deep dive into psychology, neurodiversity, and coaching. Understanding my brain's natural structure and learning what truly supports ADHD thriving.

✨ What This Means for You
I've walked this path. I understand the frustration, the shame, and the exhaustion of trying to fit a brain that works differently into systems not designed for it. This is not just professional knowledge, it's lived wisdom. When you work with me, you're working with someone who truly gets it, who has transformed her own relationship with ADHD, and is committed to helping you do the same.
My Approach
We work with your brain, not against it.
Understanding your natural tendencies
We start by learning how your unique brain works, so we can build from your strengths instead of fighting them.
Building supportive systems
Together we design routines, tools, and structures that actually work with your mind, not against it.
Reducing overwhelm
Learn to break through the paralysis, prioritize what matters, and find calm even on the hardest days.
Strengthening self-trust
Rebuild confidence in yourself by understanding your patterns and celebrating your wins, big and small.
Sustainable progress
No burnout cycles. We focus on building habits and systems that last, at a pace that feels right for you.
You deserve support that understands your brain.
If you're ready to build a life that feels aligned and manageable.
