Hi

I'm Vanshita.

I'm a dental graduate (BDS) who discovered her true calling at the intersection of education, psychology, and coaching. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Education with a focus on Neurodiversity, I bring both professional knowledge and deeply personal understanding to my work.

Having lived with ADHD myself, I know what it feels like when the world isn't built for your brain. My approach is compassionate, structured, and practical — because I believe real progress happens when we stop fighting ourselves and start building systems that truly work.

How I Work

My Approach

We work with your brain, not against it.

Understanding your natural tendencies

We start by learning how your unique brain works, so we can build from your strengths instead of fighting them.

Building supportive systems

Together we design routines, tools, and structures that actually work with your mind, not against it.

Reducing overwhelm

Learn to break through the paralysis, prioritize what matters, and find calm even on the hardest days.

Strengthening self-trust

Rebuild confidence in yourself by understanding your patterns and celebrating your wins, big and small.

Sustainable progress

No burnout cycles. We focus on building habits and systems that last, at a pace that feels right for you.

Learn Beyond Sessions

I regularly share ADHD insights, mental health tools, and practical strategies on YouTube and Instagram to help you stay informed and empowered.

Testimonials

What my clients say

Hear from people with ADHD who finally found a system that works for them.

  • I am one of the earliest clients of Vanshita. She is really punctual, flexible and good listener to provide best support by making personalized strategies in routine. She herself being ADHDer makes her even more empathetic and aware about challenges we face and what works/doesn't work. I highly recommend her for coaching.

  • This is not the coaching that you'd think it is but definitely something that you need, especially with Executive Dysfunction, it would have been really difficult to be consistent with it, but the sessions were so safe and interactive that it didn't feel like a chore but something to look forward to. Whenever there were times when I would wanna procrastinate, I would recall the things and most of the time I was able to get back to my work. Also, she's the sweetest!

  • I looked forward to these sessions from day one. I entered into them to organise my routine. Another best part is you've organized everything in our emails. I can always go back to them. I got to face myself and I felt for the first time how uncomfortable healing can get. You worked together with me to find solutions. I really appreciate all of your advices and time.
